This is the bean that started Calculated Coffee. We never forget where we started, and always look forward to the summer months when this bean becomes available.

This highly-sought after Pulcal is undeniably chocolatey and velvety in body. It boasts plenty of cup clarity amidst all the chocolate flavors due to a top note of citrus that helps cut through. As the cup cools, the flavor of toffee and caramels wash over the palette for a very smooth cup of morning coffee and a fantastic "daily driver." 

This year, we are getting delicious bits of cinnamon alongside the other tasting notes too!
