It's been a few days since I ordered, When can I expect it to be fulfilled?

All orders that are placed throughout the week are fulfilled on weekends. This means that the latest day you would receive tracking is at the start of the next work week, Monday. (postal services closed on Sundays)

ex. Order placed on Tuesday will show fulfillment by that next Saturday-Monday

What do you mean when you say "Analytical Roasting?"

We refer to our roasting technique as "analytical roasting" because of our approach to how we roast. When we receive a new bean, it goes through numerous initial roasts in order to dial in the origin characteristics of that bean. We accomplish this by utilizing roasting software that helps us analyze while roasting, and then make small adjustments post-roast for next time. This yields a cup that is sweeter than anything you would buy at the supermarket, and we can guarantee accuracy from roast to roast this way as well.

Is this Coffee Whole-Bean or Ground?

We only offer whole-bean coffee. We firmly stand by purchasing the freshest coffee possible, which is only achievable by leaving the bean whole and having our customer grind it fresh before every use. This is because the same aromatic compounds that make the bag smell so yummy are the same aromatic compounds inside the bean. Thus, if we were to grind it up before sending it to you, it would not be as fresh, vibrant or aromatic!

We also recommend grinding our coffee using a burr-grinder, as it creates a more even coffee-particle size and results in a more evenly extracted cup of coffee that is more sweet and smooth.

Do you Ship Internationally?

Unfortunately we are unable to ship our coffee internationally at this point in time. However, we do hope to offer this in the future!
