Co-fermentation means that coffee ferments alongside these berries to yield an even fruitier flavor profile, and impart some of that berry goodness into your cup, while the anaerobic fermentation further breaks down the coffees sugars for a sweeter final cup.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe coffee is then naturally dried on raised beds for a couple weeks, carefully being tended to and checked for imperfections.
